Dr. Andrew Haslett BSc., D.C.
Dr. Andrew Haslett (Doctor of Chiropractic) completed his Bachelor of Science at Brandon University in Canada before attending Palmer College of Chiropractic in Davenport Iowa, graduating with Summa Cum Laude.
He has worked as a chiropractor and lived in Tasmania for more than 14 years. Dr Haslett has enjoyed travelling to many places over the years not just as an interest but also continuing to learn from other health care practitioners around the world. Dr. Haslett’s athletic background was what first attracted him to chiropractic. Through many sporting injuries himself playing ice hockey in Canada he developed a keen interest in not only the biomechanics of the body but also how to best treat it. Dr. Haslett is a member of Sports Medicine Australia and has completed his Post Graduate Diploma in International Chiropractic Sport Science.
A treatment with a chiropractor like Dr. Haslett may include an adjustment/mobilisation, soft tissue therapy, rehabilitation exercises, stretching programs designed for you and other health advice. He believes that co-management of patients with other practitioners may be necessary for patients to achieve their health goals.
Anne Peltier
Miss Anne Peltier is one of the first faces you will see when you come into Outback Chiropractic. Anne is the office manager as well as a chiropractic assistant for Outback Chiropractic and has been with the office since the beginning. Anne is a true asset to the clinic, and helps to keep things running smoothly on a daily basis. Having grown up in France, Anne spent many years working in restaurants and retail. She enjoys meeting people and being able to help them. When she’s not at the office, Anne can often be found working as a chef. Anne is looking forward to seeing you in the clinic.
Emily Dean
Emily is our other chiropractic assistant here at Outback Chiropractic. Emily first started working here in May 2017, starting off with a traineeship for her Certificate III in Business.
