Rehabilitation
Rehabilitation is a core recovery component to any musculoskeletal injury. Outback Chiropractic offers both passive and active rehabilitation. Passive rehabilitation is designed to relieve pain and reduce swelling with the use of adjustments, ice therapies, myofascial/trigger point release, taping and more. Active rehabilitation consists of therapeutic exercises performed at the Clinic and at home to strengthen your muscles, initiate neurological reflexes, and improve core stability, postural alignment, flexibility and range of motion. Regardless of the type of rehabilitation used, each rehab program is tailored to facilitate healing and insure our patients are less likely to suffer re-injuries or relapses.

Posture Analysis and Correction
Why posture? Posture as we have all been told is VERY important to stand up straight! Why? Because our posture reflects the health of our spine! Poor posture=Poor spinal curves. The natural curves of our spine are designed to distribute the weight of our head and body evenly across our joints. When our posture is bad and the underlying spinal curves are incorrect then we put undue pressure on our joints and may wear them out quicker.
A postural screening at Outback Chiropractic could be beneficial to anyone to know the underlying health and shape of their spine.
Contact Outback Chiropractic today and see how your posture stands up!
